Sitecopy ist a shell application that's very useful when programming for the web (at least in those cases when you can't use rsync). Its purpose is to synchronize local and remote files, i.e.: upload those that are outdated on the server, remove old ones and so on. The application is Open Source Software and was not written by me—I only compiled it and built the OSX installer package.
This installer package will install nothing but a sitecopy binary, compiled from the original, unmodifed sources, and some support files. (Before the installation starts, you will be presented a list of all files that will be installed.)
Sitecopy's website is www.lyra.org/sitecopy; it contains additional information as well as the source code.
System requirements
This package was created on Mac OS X 10.4.6. I guess it works on 10.3 and maybe even on 10.2, too, but I haven't tested it.
